Professional Pricing Service
ECO Builders MK offer a professional pricing service carried out by professional quantity surveyors to provide clients with a detailed quotation of the work they require to be carried out.
With the latest news and press reports that materials in the building industry are increasing at an alarming rate and will continue for the forceable future, the prices we provide will be up to date labour rates and material prices taken from the major building suppliers and held for the duration of your contract.
This service will provide clients with a guarantee that they will not be over charged for the work carried out or under charged whereby we will be asking for more money to complete the job.
Any changes or extras to the contract requested by the client will be documented and priced on a variation order agreed by both parties.
The cost for this service will be around £300 to £600 depending on the size of the contract.
